The engaging presentation  helped articulate the areas shortcomings and hence project’s potential and  create a common win-win vision for both government stakeholders and the real  estate developer.

Compartment  S4 has demonstrated how a young practice can make a meaningful contribution  to public projects in Uttarakhand. Their journey began with BASA, a community  tourism initiative they conceptualised and named. Since then, their work has  expanded across government-led tourism and infrastructure projects in  multiple districts, from architecture to large-scale masterplanning,  including the Adi Kailash region. Their understanding of Uttarakhand’s  terrain, communities and local needs enables sensitive responses across  varied scales.

Working  with S4 Compartment has been an incredible experience. They have designed all  five branches of my restaurant, Eat Punjab, and their work is nothing short  of exceptional. From the initial concepts from scratch to the flawless  finish, they handle every detail with absolute perfection. Our  association with Compartment S4 began with the Gaughar project at our Dahanu  campus, where they brought together thoughtful architecture, operational  efficiency and a deep understanding of the larger institutional ecosystem.  Their ability to translate complex requirements into meaningful spaces has  led us to continue working with them on educational infrastructure, including  sports facilities and school extensions across our campuses.
