On-Campus Workshop : VIDA, Ahmedabad
This hands-on workshop explored a repeatable cantilevered module made of Bamboo. Students of Venus university, first tried their hands at making different kinds of 1:1 details and bamboo joineries. After which they started working on the structure. Each module is made out of four frames which are constructed separately and then assembled together from two points. The seating and furniture was designed according to the structure and added later as part of another construction workshop.
