Honest Ni Thali
Honest Ni Thali is a food truck for Honest restaurant at Happy Streets, Law Garden.
‘Honest’ has always been an integral part of Ahmedabad's food history, especially with the city being steeped in the tradition of food. The foodtruck for Honest is conceptualised from a तीन खाने वाली थाली (plate with three partitions), a plate used since the conception of the eatery in 1975. It is meant to evoke a sense of nostalgia and memory for the locals of Ahmedabad. The new foodtruck, though a replacement of the old stall, is designed in a way to remind people of its origin. The colours red and yellow have also been symbolic of Honest in the city of Ahmedabad and are used in a proportion to make associations even from a distance.
